Role Description We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a full-time role based in Sofia, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, create and evaluate financial statements, and prepare detailed financial analysis to guide decision-making. The role also involves assessing market trends, co-developing various investment theses, identifying opportunities for business model optimization, conducting business valuations and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth. The role is active and the candidate will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging financial expertise to contribute to the success of our clients. Qualifications Strong Financial Planning skills, including forecasting and budgeting. Min 6 years of relevant experience Highly developed Analytical Skills for interpreting trends and identifying opportunities. In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements and an understanding of finance-related metrics. Proficiency in Financial Reporting, ensuring accurate and compliant deliverables. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in financial management software and tools, with an aptitude for working with data-driven platforms. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are considered an advantage. Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is beneficial.
