We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join our expanding team. At this position you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in our automated production lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support the introduction of new products. YOUR TASKS Design, develop, and optimize automated manufacturing processes for automotive components. Provide manufacturing expertise and technical solutions to solve problems and continuously improve the manufacturing organization. Create work instructions for ensuring that automated manufacturing processes are carried out consistently and meet quality standards. Take part in preliminary tests in production. Analyze and improve production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as quality and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance. Participates in meetings with the customer, provide status updates about on-going projects and/or initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Provide technical support and trainings to the production teams. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechanical engineering, or a related field. Previous experience as an Engineer in the automotive industry. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of English language is a must.
