Microsoft Cloud & AI Engineer (Infrastructure)

We are looking for a Microsoft Cloud & AI Engineer to play a key role in the development of our cloud platform and the implementation of innovative AI solutions. This role combines: Classical cloud infrastructure (Azure / Microsoft 365) Modern data and AI platforms (Microsoft Fabric) Next-generation automation using Copilot Studio and AI agents Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure Administer and manage Microsoft 365 (Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange, Intune) Implement and support solutions using: -Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, analytics, integration) -Copilot Studio (AI copilots development and maintenance) -AI agents and automation scenarios Deploy, configure, and support Copilot and related AI services Develop AI-driven automation workflows and orchestration Participate in cloud and data/AI transformation initiatives Implement security, identity, and compliance policies Optimize performance, cost, and availability of cloud resources Automate processes using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Support incident management, including root cause analysis and prevention Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft cloud technologies Hands-on experience with: -Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage) -Entra ID / Azure AD -Microsoft 365 platform Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms Copilot / AI solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem Copilot Studio and AI agents Automation platforms and orchestration tools Strong automation skills (PowerShell is required) Solid understanding of: -Networking and security -Identity and access management -Backup and disaster recovery Analytical mindset and ability to work in complex environments Good command of English Our offer: Working in a dynamic international environment Professional growth in a motivated team Training opportunities and established rules and procedures at work Flexible working hours and home office option Social benefits: 25 days paid annual leave, additional health insurance, Multisport card, transportation cost amount, additional amount for summer vacation and heating season, preferential conditions for products and services in the bank; preferential fees for education at Denis Diderot School – the private school of the bank.
