For our Main ICT Division, we are looking to hire: Business Intelligence Lead The Role: SOF Connect is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Business Intelligence Lead to drive the company's data strategy and maximize the value of data across the organization through a modern Microsoft-based data and analytics platform. The Business Intelligence Lead will own SOF Connect's data platform end-to-end, from data architecture and governance to business intelligence solutions and advanced analytics. The role is responsible for establishing the foundations that enable data-driven decision-making across the company while promoting a self-service BI culture that empowers business users to create, manage and leverage their own insights. You will define and oversee the development of the company's Microsoft data ecosystem, ensuring a scalable, secure and future-proof platform. The BI Lead will establish data governance standards, drive BI adoption, prioritize data onboarding initiatives and build a strong community of Power BI users across the organization. This position requires the ability to translate business needs into effective data solutions while fostering a culture where data is embedded in everyday operational and strategic decision-making. Your Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering or Data Architecture roles, including hands-on experience with the Microsoft data ecosystem. Proven experience designing, implementing and operating enterprise-scale data platforms. Strong expertise in data governance, including data quality, security, ownership and access management. Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, data modelling and data warehousing. Ability to translate business needs into effective analytics, reporting and data solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Experience building and leading BI communities of practice, user groups or champion networks. Good understanding of data privacy, security and regulatory requirements, including GDPR. Analytical, structured and business-focused mindset with a passion for turning data into measurable business value. Fluent in English.
