About the role

This is an on-site position. Juniors are welcome to apply. C2 Level of Bulgarian Language and B2 in English are mandatory. Locations: both - Cherni Vrah 47(90% of the time) and Alabin 58. Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 The role This is the role supports the people running Puzl's operations. You'll work directly with them as part of the team, and a large part of the job is taking work off their desk and closing it properly, without it coming back. Contracts, annexes, indexation, invoicing coordination, supplier agreements, written and in-person communication with members and vendors, and keeping the moving parts between teams from falling out of sync. It's detailed work with real obligations attached to it, and it needs someone who reads carefully, writes clearly, and notices when a detail looks wrong. If you like structure, precision, and the satisfaction of a clean paper trail and you'd rather solve a problem than escalate it - read on. What you'll be doing Contracts & member administration Prepare, review and manage member contracts and annexes - mostly office rentals. Own onboarding and offboarding paperwork end to end - the documents, the deadlines, the details. Coordinate with the Finance team on invoicing, payments and follow-ups. Prepare simple finance documentation. Keep contract records accurate and findable, so anyone can answer "what did we agree with them?" in under a minute. Written and verbal communication & coordination Draft the emails and documents that need to be right the first time: renewal notices, price changes, contract terms, formal replies. Act as the connection point between members, internal teams and external partners - making sure nothing is waiting on someone who doesn't know they're being waited on. Keep the Community and Facilities teams informed on anything with a contractual or financial angle. Suppliers & vendors Manage supplier contracts and renewals, and negotiate terms where it makes sense. Place orders, track deliveries, and keep supplier relationships steady and professional. Flag when a supplier's pricing, service or terms have quietly drifted. Budgeting & reporting Support the preparation of yearly and monthly operational financial reports. Track operational expenses - utilities, supplies, repairs and flag anything unusual before it becomes a surprise. Update basic financial reports and help with simple forecasts. What we're looking for Love for operations administration, office management, or similar interests where accuracy mattered and mistakes had consequences. Genuinely strong written Bulgarian and good written English. This is not a nice-to-have. Eye for the detail. Someone fast and clever, who understands a problem quickly and doesn't need it explained twice. Highly organized, with a real preference for order over chaos. Discreet and reliable. Good digital skills - docs, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, project and knowledge management tools, AI, the usual suspects. Experience with commercial leases, indexation clauses or supplier negotiation is a plus. This job is fully office-based. Why you'll love working with us You matter. You have freedom. You'll work in some of the most unique offices in the city - crafted with thought, love and an eye for detail. You'll connect with some of the most influential startup leaders in the region. The work is challenging, but rewarding and fulfilling. And we share what we know. How to apply Send your CV to [email protected] with the subject line "Operations coordinator and Assistant". Instead of a cover letter, we'd like a short written task. Pick one of the two situations below and reply in around 200–300 words, in Bulgarian or English — whichever you'd actually use with that person: A member with eight months left on their contract wants to leave in six weeks. Their contract has a three-month notice clause. Write the email you'd send them. A cleaning supplier has raised their monthly price by 18% mid-contract, citing costs. Write the email you'd send the supplier. We're not looking for a perfect answer. We want to see how you think and how you write. This is an on-site position. Juniors are welcome to apply.
