At RiskCherry, compliance is where solutions begin - and where new products and markets become possible. 🎯 What This Role Is About We are looking for an experienced compliance professional in product and technical compliance to join our team and take ownership of complex regulatory work across multiple iGaming markets. You will research and interpret regulatory requirements, translate them into practical testing and certification frameworks, and support projects from the initial market analysis through to the final certification report. This is a hands-on role with real influence over new market entry, product certification, and the development of AI-driven compliance tools. While job titles can vary between companies, we value proven experience and the ability to think critically, exercise sound regulatory judgment, take ownership of complex work, and turn regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance. 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing Research and analyse new markets and the requirements applicable to testing laboratories and online gambling products. Determine the scope, applicability, and practical implementation of regulatory requirements within our testing frameworks. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on our services, frameworks, and internal policies. Conduct compliance assessments following the implementation of new product frameworks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory information across internal systems. Contribute to the development of in-house tools and AI assistants supporting regulatory research and compliance processes. Participate in workshops and discussions with clients, accreditation bodies, and regulators. ✅ What We’re Looking For Experience in product or technical compliance within iGaming is a MUST. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate well-reasoned conclusions. Ability to interpret complex regulatory, technical, and procedural documents. Product and Technical Compliance experience with market heavyweights across Europe, Latin and North America is an advantage Relevant education in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent attention to detail without losing sight of the broader regulatory purpose. Excellent written and spoken English at C1-C2 level.
