IT Infrastructure Provisioning Manager

Join Costa's Infrastructure & Cloud Provisioning and Operations organization in Genoa as Infrastructure Provisioning Manager, reporting to its Head. You will accelerate infrastructure transformation through efficient, scalable and reliable service delivery across on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments, ship and shore. Combining technical expertise and delivery management, you will establish provisioning practices, coordinate cross-functional execution and drive continuous improvement. Live your ambition. Lead with impact With Engineering, Operations, Security, Project Management and external partners, you will translate designs and business requirements into standardized, production-ready infrastructure services. Provisioning Leadership & Methodology You will coordinate the Infrastructure Provisioning function and team, planning service delivery. You will define and improve provisioning governance, workflows, service standards, performance indicators and interfaces with Engineering and Operations, fostering accountability, collaboration, customer focus and operational excellence. End-to-End Infrastructure Delivery You will oversee end-to-end provisioning against agreed timelines, quality, security and operational readiness criteria across ship and shore datacenters, networking, workplace, hybrid and public cloud. You will support large-scale transformation programs, including cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization and business-critical platform deployments, managing risks, dependencies and escalations. Engineering, Operations & Partner Collaboration  As primary provisioning interface with Infrastructure Engineering, you will partner with its Manager to implement architectural designs and standards. You will ensure structured handover to Operations, documentation and readiness validation, coordinating teams, vendors and strategic partners while managing stakeholder expectations.   What makes you unique * 8+ years in Infrastructure Services, Delivery, Engineering or IT Operations within complex enterprises, delivering complex on-premises, cloud and hybrid infrastructure projects. * Experience leading infrastructure delivery and multidisciplinary technical teams, coaching and developing people in fast-paced environments. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing vendors and partners. * Solid infrastructure expertise, ideally from hands-on systems engineering, infrastructure engineering or operations. * Knowledge of enterprise servers, virtualization, storage, backup, networking and security. * AWS and/or Microsoft Azure experience and understanding of hybrid cloud architectures. * Influence-based leadership in matrix organizations, collaborating with Architecture, Security, Operations and Project Management. * Fluent English; effective in international, multicultural environments.   What we offer Your journey with us At Costa, we make your onboarding experience smooth and welcoming, with flexible smart working policy.
