We're Hiring | Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to join a strategic, large-scale digital transformation program within an international banking environment.
You will work alongside development and technical teams to strengthen security practices, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure the reliability and performance of modern applications.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and runners.
Drive application security initiatives and vulnerability management.
Integrate security and quality tools into development workflows.
Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop automation scripts and improve DevOps tooling.
Ensure monitoring, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with technical leads and international teams to standardize best practices.
Technical Stack:
CI/CD & Automation: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Ansible, ArgoCD
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
Security: Checkmarx, SonarQube, JFrog Xray, Artifactory, HashiCorp Vault
Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell
Monitoring: Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana
Other: PostgreSQL, Keycloak, Java/Spring Boot environment
Your Profile:
7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps.
Strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and application security.
Hands-on experience with automation and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot environments is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.
Good command of English.
