SuccessFactors In-House Consultant

SAP SuccessFactors In-House Consultant A successful family-owned German business in Saxony is on the lookout for a SuccessFactors expert to join them as an in-house Consultant. This is a hands-on role focused on the further development and support of the SuccessFactors landscape within a hybrid SAP environment. It is particularly suited to a SuccessFactors specialist who enjoys combining configuration and technical delivery with close collaboration with HR stakeholders, while supporting both current modules and future expansions. Key Responsibilities: – Further develop and support SuccessFactors modules including Learning, Performance & Goals and Recruiting – Lead or co-lead technical transformation projects for the introduction of additional modules such as Career & Talent Development, Employee Central and, in later phases, Time Management and Payroll – Design and implement interfaces to the core HR system, external platforms and cloud solutions using REST, OData and SAP Integration Suite – Work closely with HR business partners, key users and IT teams on requirements analysis, workshops, solution design and communication – Commission and manage external service providers for consulting and implementation support – Provide second-level support for HR technical services Requirements: – Detailed experience of SuccessFactors across multiple modules – An IT background or deep technical knowledge including Integration – Project management skills – Strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with HR stakeholders – Ideally fluent in both German and English – Knowledge of SAP HCM / S/4HANA HR Core is advantageous This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation’s SuccessFactors and hybrid HR systems landscape within a global environment.
