Operations Manager

The Role • Lead, plan, and oversee complex projects within the operations division, ensuring all objectives are met on schedule. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to support production cycles and process improvements. • Manage and motivate interdisciplinary project teams to foster seamless collaboration across departments. • Analyze existing operational processes to identify and implement measures that drive efficiency and performance. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting, and communication with key internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Need • A completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally within an operations environment. • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a structured and solution-oriented approach. • Professional fluency in both German and English.
