Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Lead complex national and international projects within a Project Management Office (PMO). • Contribute to the integration and development of project steering processes. • Manage project acquisition and tender management on national and international levels. • Drive innovation processes within project frameworks. What You'll Need • Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on construction, geotechnics, mining, or a comparable field. • Several years of relevant professional experience and an engineering-level background in construction/mining or a similar area. • Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary (large-scale) projects. • Experience in actively supporting innovation processes. • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and similar applications; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. • Strong communication skills in project environments, including English proficiency.
