HR Generalist

About us Coral Club is an international health and wellness company operating in 18+ countries. Our HR team works across Europe, and we are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to own HR in Germany and drive recruitment across the region. About the role This is a broad role with real ownership: you will be the go-to HR person for our German team and run recruitment for roles across several European countries, with a strong focus on sales positions. You will work closely with local managers and an international HR team across Europe, and your scope can grow as the company develops. What you will do Manage the full employee lifecycle in Germany: contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding documentation, personnel files Ensure local HR compliance, including German labour law Run end-to-end recruitment for roles in Germany and other European countries, with a focus on sales and commercial positions Proactively source and approach candidates, including passive talent Advise local managers on day-to-day HR and employee relations questions Keep HR data accurate and support HR reporting Contribute to HR projects across Europe and process improvements What you bring 3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Specialist roles, including at least 2 years of HR administration in Germany Hands-on knowledge of German labour law Strong recruitment experience, ideally for sales or commercial roles; experience in direct selling, network marketing or FMCG is a plus Experience recruiting internationally or across several countries Experience in a small HR team or international company where you built or improved processes Structured, independent and comfortable in a fast-changing environment Languages: German is B2, good command of g English; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus
