Recruiting Lead (m/f/d) Logistics & Supply Chain

To support our continued expansion in Germany, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruiting Lead (m/f/d) to take ownership of our recruitment activities and drive talent acquisition strategies across our German operations. In this role, you will combine hands-on recruitment expertise with strategic responsibility, working closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and international HR stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Lead and coordinate recruitment activities across Germany, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring processes. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning requirements. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational, specialist, management, and corporate positions. Take a hands-on approach to recruiting, including active sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management. Act as the main recruitment partner for hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing guidance on hiring strategies, candidate selection, and market conditions. Coordinate and support the recruitment team, establish priorities, and ensure effective workload distribution. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles within logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, network planning, and operations management. Monitor recruitment performance through relevant KPIs, including time-to-hire, recruitment efficiency, and candidate pipeline development. Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and implement scalable hiring solutions. Collaborate closely with local and international HR teams to ensure alignment on recruitment standards, processes, and business requirements. Support employer branding initiatives and strengthen J&T Express's positioning in the German talent market. Your Profile Several years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with responsibility for coordinating recruitment activities, projects, or teams. Proven recruitment experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or e-commerce is essential. Strong understanding of operational recruitment requirements, including high-volume hiring and specialist recruitment. Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment strategies while remaining actively involved in day-to-day hiring. Strong active sourcing capabilities and experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. Experience working with senior stakeholders and advising hiring managers on recruitment decisions. Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are required. Mandarin Chinese language skills are a strong advantage, particularly when collaborating with international stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and experience using recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Experience working in international and multicultural organizations is highly desirable.
