We specialize in efficient parcel delivery, last-mile logistics, and innovative supply chain solutions. To support our operations and recruitment activities in Germany, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Inhouse Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our HR team at our headquarters in Nieder-Olm. Your Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics, operations, and corporate positions across Germany. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Proactively source and approach qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment channels. Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate further interview stages. Recruit for various positions within logistics, including warehouse operations, transportation, last-mile delivery, network planning, and operational management. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain accurate applicant tracking records, and provide regular hiring updates. Collaborate with local and international HR teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency. Your Profile Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or e-commerce industry. Good understanding of logistics operations, relevant job profiles, and the challenges of recruiting in a fast-paced operational environment. Experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management. Strong active sourcing skills and confidence in approaching candidates directly. Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. A structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Confidence working in an international and multicultural environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
