Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Design and develop modern reporting and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Build and optimize data pipelines, integration processes, and data platform structures using industry-standard cloud analytics tools. • Partner with internal stakeholders and management to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards and analytical insights. • Establish data governance standards and ensure high data quality while promoting data literacy through workshops and coaching. What You'll Need • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in an IT environment. • Strong technical proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, with experience in modern data platform architectures. • Solid SQL skills and practical knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and system integration. • Excellent communication skills in German, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
