The Role • Develop and maintain complex software solutions for the healthcare sector, balancing legacy systems with modern architectural requirements. • Design and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance, stability, and integration with modern web and data services. • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to bridge traditional software components with contemporary service-oriented architectures. • Utilize AI-driven tools and agents to accelerate code refactoring, system analysis, and documentation processes. • Contribute to the long-term modernization roadmap, ensuring a balance between reliable delivery and sustainable platform evolution. What You'll Need • Several years of professional experience in Delphi development, particularly within mission-critical, high-availability application environments. • A university degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field. • Strong proficiency in relational databases and integration patterns, combined with a proven ability to leverage AI tools and workflows in software engineering. • Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across international and technical teams.
