AI Engineer (Intermediate/Senior)

YOUR MISSION As an AI Engineer at Lumibit, you take on the complex use cases where AI does the heavy lifting: multi-step processes, messy data, several customer systems at once. You see them through until they run in production for our clients in the automotive and mobility industry. We're already AI-native and work with agents every day. You help us get even more out of it. And you turn what works into shared standards, so the whole team moves faster. You're at the intersection of hands-on engineering, AI tooling and how a team builds software. YOUR PROFILE Several years of building production software, at intermediate or senior level You work with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar agents every day and have strong opinions about how to set them up You've turned something into a team standard before, and people actually used it You say early when something isn't working Very good English; German is a big plus WHY US?
