About the Role We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Professionals to support financial operations, accounting processes, financial analysis, and business advisory activities for our clients across Germany. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with backgrounds in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial planning, controlling, or financial consulting. Key Responsibilities Maintain financial records, accounting documents, and financial reports. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost analysis. Analyse financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities. Prepare financial reports and present findings to management or clients. Support financial planning, business performance analysis, and decision-making. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting procedures and financial regulations. Assist with audits, tax documentation, and month-end or year-end closing activities where required. Advise internal teams or clients on financial processes and operational improvements, depending on the role. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams. Your Profile Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, controlling, or financial consulting. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, or bookkeeping. Knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) is an advantage. Familiarity with DATEV, SAP, Microsoft Excel, or other financial software is beneficial. German language proficiency at B1 or B2 level, depending on the position. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional working style.
