Here, Daikin Chemical Europe is conducting research on new and sustainable technologies like electric mobility. We are looking for a Senior Controller to serve as a strategic and operational business partner between our finance, sales, and our production entities in Europe. Key responsibilities 🎯 Holding company controlling for national and international subsidiaries of the group (production sites) Creation and implementation of budget plans and forecast planning; coordinating financial updates to be shared within the organization Reporting of consolidated budget and forecast to the headquarter in Japan Financial analyses of KPIs such as for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow Deviation / cost analysis; profitability, costs and risk management Controlling and preparing product, process and market calculations / evaluations Project work Your profile University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field 6+ years of professional experience in corporate controlling, preferably in manufacturing/production environment Advanced German and English language abilities - both spoken and written Excellent command of office software (especially MS Excel); proficiency with SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, LucaNet, PowerBI is a plus intercultural sensitivity, ability to cooperate as a team player Self motivated and proactive working style High level of patience and perseverance Analytical and conceptual thinking ability What we offer 🌟 37,5h working week and 30+2 days annual paid vacation Flexible working hours and remote working (hybrid model) Job-Ticket Family support (Kindergarten-fee) Friendly international working environment and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas in a growing and future oriented company Fruit and beverages free of charge at the office We look forward to receiving your application!
