Junior Accountant

Junior Accountant (m/f/d) Location: Frankfurt am Main Hybrid: 3 days per week in office Fixed-term: 18 months Our client, a fast-growing health-tech company, is currently hiring for Junior Accountant (m/f/d) to strengthen their Finance team, to support day-to-day accounting and financial reporting. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable. Support monthly and annual financial statements in DATEV. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist with cost centre accounting, consolidation under HGB, and tax filings. Prepare financial analyses and reports. Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of accounting processes. Requirements: Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r), or an equivalent qualification. Initial experience in financial accounting. Good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office, especially Excel. Basic knowledge of HGB and cost centre accounting. Experience with Moss is an advantage. Structured, reliable working style and willingness to learn. Fluent German and good English skills. Contract The position is initially limited to 18 months, with the prospect of a longer-term continuation based on performance and business needs.
