The Company:
An international tech group that designs and makes secure ID and tracking products, with 900+ people across 14 sites.
Part of a much larger global group, with an experienced group legal team behind it.
Going through a big period of change, including a recent refinancing and new leadership at the top.
The Role:
Legal counsel, reporting to the CFO/CEO and working closely with the Group General Counsel.
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across several countries, plus M&A, governance and company secretarial work.
Owns IP, data protection and the relationship with outside lawyers. Pay is matched to Tier 1 private practice.
The Person:
Solicitor qualified in Ireland with 2+ years' PQE.
Commercially minded, with experience across different areas of law and different countries.
Works well with others, is comfortable leading complex projects and is happy to travel when needed.
