About the role
Join Recruitment | Same People Skills. Bigger Possibilities.
Another store. Another set of targets. Another promotion that looks a lot like the last one?
What if your leadership skills could take you somewhere completely different?
Meet your next career move: Recruitment.
At Access, progression isn't just something we talk about. Our 12-level career framework provides a structure for people to develop, take on greater responsibility and move forward. And with 12 promotions in a single month alone, there's real evidence of colleagues progressing through the business.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll use your experience of managing people and performance to build relationships with candidates and clients, manage vacancies and develop your own desk.
Hannah's career at Access is an example of how a starting role can lead to much bigger opportunities. For someone ready to leave retail management behind, that possibility is worth exploring.
What's in it for you?
12 career levels → see the opportunities that can exist beyond your first recruitment role.
Promotion from within → build your career in a business that creates opportunities for its existing people.
A team that shares the ambition → learn alongside colleagues who are working towards their own next steps.
Leadership potential → turn your experience of managing people into a foundation for future responsibility.
A fresh challenge → leave the familiar behind without leaving your management skills at the door.
