Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare)

Job Title : Healthcare Recruiter Location : Dublin 2 Type : Permanent (Full-Time or Part-Time) Overview Adaptive HVM is one of Ireland's leading recruitment agencies established back in 2010. The Healthcare Department recruits Nurses, HSPC Staff and Doctors for the HSE and other clients and our primary focus is on international recruitment. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a clinical background but would like to transition into a business related role. We are also open to candidates who have a strong track record in healthcare recruitment. We would also like someone with strong client management skills, delivering quality interactions with our key clients. Responsibilities Actively source and qualify candidates - our clients are looking for candidates with strong clinical experience so you need to be able to screen their technical skills and background Manage international recruitment events - setup the logistics, ensure candidate attendance, schedule interviews, manage review and feedback sessions. Schedule online interviews ensuring that candidates arrive as scheduled, manage all related logistics and facilitate candidate feedback sessions. Candidate Onboarding : Manage the full on-boarding process - background checks, reference checks, medicals (if required), travel/accommodation planning, meeting candidates upon arrival etc. Candidate Management : you will be assigned a number of clients to support. Expectation is that you will meet all client expectations, delivering a quality service to the client and providing avenues for increasing our scope of service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or other Medical areas) or Degree in Business with 3+ years Healthcare Recruitment experience Knowledge of the NBMI/CORU registration processes would be an advantage. Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated Flexibility to travel overseas as required.
