SAP Technology Manager - S/4HANA & BTP transformation

This role is essential for success of Mattoni 1873 Digital Transformation. We are looking for a strong leader with technical skills. You will keep the end-to-end accountability for the technical aspects of operating SAP S/4HANA , BTP and related technologies. You will act as a strategic partner to your peers and senior business stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with business objectives. You will report to Group Business Solutions Director accountable for the entire application portfolio of Mattoni 1873. Application Development / Enhancements Accountable for development and enhancements in a dedicated system portfolio proposing and delivering solutions that bring added value for Mattoni 1873. Accountable for planning and overseeing that quality of delivery meets high standards Accountable for converting business requirements into technical solutions that meet standardization, simplicity, and supportability principles with big focus to Clean Core Strategy. Team Leadership and Strategy You will manage, develop, and mentor a small team of technical experts and be accountable for their performance, development plans and growth. You are expected to define a strategy in a dedicated portfolio of systems, its operations governance as well as active monitoring of its innovation potential applications teams could benefit from when fulfilling business objectives. You will be responsible for managing externals vendors in your area of responsibility in accordance with agreed SLAs and governance principles and rules. You are expected to demonstrate end-to-end accountability in your area focusing to operational excellence and precision. Application Support / Business Continuity Accountable for L2-L3 support in the dedicated system portfolio, resolving technical incidents with internal and external partners according to agreed SLAs. Act as an advisor providing technical architecture inputs to discussions with business stakeholders. Projects Delivery Accountable for technical team delivery in projects providing technical expertise and leadership across the entire project lifecycle. Accountable for detailed technical delivery planning ( Budgets, Deliverables, Capacities). Responsible for leading projects impacting dedicated system portfolio. Critical Technical Experience & Skills Senior technical (hands-on) experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud (PCE) , SAP BTP , SAP CALM, SAP CIS (Cloud Identity Services) covering both project delivery and operations. Proven knowledge of SAP BTP Technology ( Architecture, Global and Sub-Accounts, Activation of Services, Disaster Recovery) Awareness of SAP S/4HANA PCE Basis activities in RISE program. Understand the split of responsibilities among SAP and Customer. Hands-on S/4 Basis skills is a plus. Proven experience in managing and delivering integrations between S/4HANA PCE and third-party systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite. Hand-on skills with SAP BTP Integration Suite is a plus. Strong awareness of the wider SAP BTP services portfolio (Build Process Automation, Workzone, Task Center, and other SAP BTP services). Hand-on skills in development within those is a plus. Ability to manage development activities across ABAP, BTP Integration Suite, BTP side-by side development , Build Process Automation, and Fiori, including DevOps principles and governance. Deep understanding of Clean Core Principles and the related way of working.
