Job Role: Management Consultant – Software & Platforms – B2B Software Practitioner Location: Dublin Career Level: Consultant Join Accenture’s Software & Platforms team and help leading B2B software and SaaS businesses rethink how they grow and compete. You’ll work on strategic transformation programmes spanning GTM, customer lifecycle, lead-to-cash, revenue operations, commercial models, product strategy and AI-enabled reinvention. What You’ll Do Support B2B Software/SaaS transformation across GTM, lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle and revenue operations. Design future-state processes, customer journeys and transformation roadmaps. Analyse complex business problems using data and AI to develop practical recommendations. Build business cases and value models demonstrating measurable commercial impact. Help clients evolve pricing and commercial models, including subscription, usage/consumption and outcome-based models. Work directly with client stakeholders through workshops and cross-functional delivery. Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and business development. Skills & Experience Required Meaningful Software/SaaS industry experience, either in consulting or strategy, commercial or transformation roles. Strong understanding of B2B GTM and the software customer lifecycle, from acquisition and sales through onboarding, adoption, retention and growth. Experience in GTM strategy, lead-to-cash, revenue operations or commercial model transformation. Understanding of SMB, mid-market and enterprise customer motions. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to translate strategy into processes, roadmaps and measurable business outcomes. Understanding of how AI, agentic AI, hyperscalers, marketplaces and partner ecosystems are reshaping the software industry. Profiles primarily focused on software engineering, IT implementation or technical delivery without meaningful commercial Software/SaaS experience are unlikely to fit. What’s in It for You?
