Data Analytics Lead - Global Brand - Contract

Analytics Deployment Lead | Pharma | Global Transformation I'm working with a global organisation undergoing a large-scale analytics transformation and am looking to speak with experienced Analytics Deployment Leads to join an exciting international programme. This is a hands-on deployment role where you'll own the rollout of analytics capabilities across multiple markets, working closely with both global technology teams and local business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deployment of analytics solutions across affiliate markets. Conduct as-is analysis and baseline validation. Manage configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities and hypercare. Coordinate with central programme teams and local stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle. Support organisational change activities alongside Change Management teams. Drive issue resolution, operational readiness and continuous improvement. Provide programme status updates and capture lessons learned for future deployment waves. We're Looking For 5+ years' experience delivering analytics, data or technology deployments. Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations including configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare. Previous experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is essential. Experience working with AWS infrastructure is highly desirable. Strong experience with data visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire or similar. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global and local teams. Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments. Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
