Data & AI Transformation Manager Dublin - Hybrid Background Our client, an established and growing international business based in Dublin, is recruiting a Data & AI Transformation Manager. This is a new role within Operations, working across every business function from Finance and Treasury to Legal and Operations. You will be the business-side owner of a data warehouse build and an AI adoption programme, with real visibility at senior level. Responsibilities 1. Act as the key business stakeholder on the enterprise data warehouse, coordinating requirements across all functions and working with technology partners and vendors. 2. Help design and roll out dashboards and management reporting, and automate manual reporting. 3. Support the build-out of a data governance framework covering data ownership, definitions and quality controls. 4. Identify and prioritise AI and automation use cases, support the rollout of Microsoft Copilot, and lead training and change management so new tools are adopted. Experience 1. Up to 7 years in data management / governance / security, business analytics, project management or business transformation, with a relevant degree. 2. Hands-on involvement in data, reporting, BI or system implementation projects. 3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, and comfortable working with senior people. 4. Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure or SQL knowledge, and exposure to AI or automation, are desirable. Financial services experience is an advantage.
