Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Hollilander – Healthcare Staffing Solutions in Ireland. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for setting the organization’s vision, driving growth in the healthcare recruitment and education consultancy markets, and ensuring high-quality services for clients and candidates. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, managing key stakeholder relationships with healthcare providers and educational institutions, and leading business planning and execution. The CEO will direct operations, mentor senior leaders, monitor compliance with relevant regulations, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, representing the organization at industry events, and fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong strategic leadership capabilities, including experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning. Proficiency in Finance, with a track record of managing budgets, financial reporting, and sustainable growth. Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and performance management. Proven success in Sales, business development, and relationship management within services-driven organizations. Extensive senior leadership experience, preferably in recruitment, healthcare staffing, or related professional services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with diverse international partners. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on ethical practices and regulatory compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Experience working in or with the Irish healthcare sector or international recruitment markets is highly beneficial.
