Group Project & Corporate Finance Manager

Job Description FK International is partnering exclusively with an ambitious, fast-growing renewable energy business to appoint a Group Project & Corporate Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-backed, entrepreneurial company with significant growth ambitions, playing a central role in financing and delivering a substantial pipeline of renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities Lead financial modelling, project valuations and investment analysis across renewable energy projects. Manage project finance debt raises, working closely with lenders, advisors and legal teams through to financial close. Evaluate new investment opportunities, funding structures and commercial returns. Support strategic planning, capital raising and the expansion of the Group's project portfolio. Requirements for this Role 5+ years' experience in project finance, corporate finance or infrastructure investment. Advanced financial modelling skills and strong understanding of debt financing. Experience in renewable energy transactions, M&A or project financing. Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent). Commercially astute, ambitious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact role offering significant transaction exposure, direct engagement with senior leadership and a clear pathway towards a senior leadership position as the business scales. The role is based on-site 4 days per week in Dublin City Centre with one hybrid day. About Our Client An ambitious energy transition solutions provider.
