Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager - Remote Elevate Partners is working with a Private Equity-backed international business to hire an FP&A Manager. The business operates across EMEA, the Americas and Asia-Pacific and is growing both organically and through acquisitions, under an ambitious value creation plan. The Role Reporting to the VP of FP&A and one step removed from the CFO, this newly created role is central to the global planning and performance agenda. This is a commercial role for someone who can turn analysis into clear recommendations and is confident challenging senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Run the global budget, rolling reforecast and multi-year planning processes Build forward-looking financial models and scenario analysis to support pricing, cost initiatives and capital allocation Prepare monthly management packs and Board and shareholder reporting Partner with site and regional finance leaders on profitability, pricing, cost and working capital Support EBITDA improvement and cost reduction programmes across the group Support M&A, due diligence and exit-readiness work Deputise for the VP FP&A when needed and guide the wider FP&A team day to day About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 6 years PQE Strong FP&A and/or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi-site, international business Excellent commercial acumen and strong financial modelling skills A confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at every level Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment is highly desirable If you wish to be considered for this opportunity, please apply through the link provided or alternatively, please reach out to Stephen via [email protected]
