Technical Configuration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Configuration Specialist to join their team in Sofia. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Configure technical solutions based on customer requirements, project specifications and applicable standards Prepare and adapt technical drawings using AutoCAD and CAD tools Support Sales and Project Managers with technical input during quotations and project execution Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring technical accuracy and completeness Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, manufacturing plants and Order Administration to support timely execution Maintain technical documentation, drawing libraries and product data, including Owner Documentation Support ESA PMM with product-related technical input and documentation Ensure compliance with company, customer and relevant French and European requirements Resolve missing or conflicting technical information and manage multiple technical requests while maintaining accuracy\ Candidate Profile for Technical Configuration Specialist: Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken Education or equivalent qualification in mechanical design, industrial drafting, technical drafting, or a related mechanical or electromechanical discipline Excellent command of CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and related engineering design tools Strong experience in industrial drafting within the mechanical or electromechanical industry Experience with SAP, Doricon, DraftDesigner, order administration processes, and technical documentation for automatic door systems is an advantage Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with technical drawings, configurations, and documentation Good organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical requests and deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers Ability to identify inconsistencies or missing technical information and proactively follow up to resolve them What Our Client Offers: Attractive remuneration package Flexible hybrid working model 25 days of paid annual leave Free lunch at the workplace Additional health insurance Employee Assistance Programme, including mental health, legal and financial counselling €102.26 in monthly food vouchers Public transport card Optional parking space Multisport card Language training opportunities Employee referral programme Brand-new modern office in a Class A business building Fresh fruit available in the office Training and mentorship programmes Access to more than 15,000 LinkedIn Learning courses to support your professional development
