MECHANICAL ENGINEER – INDUSTRIAL SEALS PRODUCT ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT As part of our expanding team in Kalofer, Bulgaria, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join us as a MECHANICAL ENGINEER – INDUSTRIAL SEALS PRODUCT ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT 🔹Key Responsibilities: Develop products, tools, and fixtures required for the successful implementation of new products into serial production. Participate in the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and tooling, and support their successful commissioning. Design products and production tooling using CAD/CAM software. Develop, maintain, and update technical, process, and quality documentation, work instructions, and setup procedures. Monitor compliance with manufacturing processes, setup quality, changeover activities, and process discipline. Analyze quality performance, defects, and production deviations, and recommend preventive and corrective actions. Ensure materials, semi-finished products, and components comply with defined technological requirements. Drive initiatives to improve production process capability, stability, efficiency, and technological performance. Analyze raw material consumption and ensure alignment with process documentation and standards. Support troubleshooting activities during product implementation and contribute to training employees on new technologies and equipment. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, safety standards, confidentiality obligations, and applicable regulations. 🔹Requirements: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline. Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, process discipline, and production process control. Practical experience in product and tooling design using CAD/CAM systems. Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings and engineering documentation. Knowledge of vulcanization processes and related assembly, manufacturing, and trimming operations. Knowledge of machining equipment and manufacturing technologies. Experience using visual inspection and measurement systems for product quality evaluation. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, specialized software, and databases. Good working knowledge of English. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
